These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and services provided by Build With Konstructit LLC, doing business as Build With Konstructit (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, submitting information through our forms, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Build With Konstructit LLC is a New Jersey registered home improvement contractor (NJ HIC #13VH13697200) providing design/build custom home construction, home renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, general contracting, painting, flooring, and siding and roofing services, together with design services and material selection through our showroom. All work is subject to a written proposal or contract, product availability, and permit and inspection requirements.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or networks.

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

Build With Konstructit LLC operates an SMS messaging program. Users must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications. By providing your phone number and checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes on our website forms, you agree to receive the corresponding SMS messages from Build With Konstructit. Non-marketing messages include appointment reminders, project scheduling and design consultation updates. Marketing messages include promotional offers and seasonal specials. Each category is opted into separately.

4. Consultations, Design & Quotes

Initial consultations are provided at no charge and no obligation. Design work, layouts, and renderings are prepared for your project based on the measurements and information available at the time. Quotes are fixed once design and selections are finalized, and remain subject to change only for client-requested scope changes, concealed conditions discovered during construction, or material availability, each of which will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

5. Permits, Warranties & Workmanship

Required construction permits are obtained under the applicable municipal construction office, and work is performed in accordance with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code. New home construction is backed by our 10 year structural warranty; workmanship and manufacturer warranties applicable to your project will be identified in your contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build With Konstructit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that New Jersey law provides to consumers under a home improvement contract.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
