Showroom selections
You choose cabinetry, stone, flooring, tile, fixtures and hardware in our showroom, with a designer at your side and everything in one place.
Fixed written quote
The finished design and selections are priced as a fixed quote. Costs do not move unless you change the scope, and changes are approved by you first.
Construction
Our own crews build to the plan with strict quality standards, regular updates and a clean, respectful site from demolition to punch list.
Handover
A thorough final walk-through together, every detail addressed, and your project delivered. New homes carry our 10 year structural warranty.

Yes, extensive. We renovate homes in shore towns from Brigantine to Cape May, using materials and details suited to salt air and coastal weather, and scheduling around rental seasons where that matters.
Can you work with homes in historic neighborhoods?
Absolutely. We honor the character of historic homes while incorporating modern updates that enhance function and beauty, and where a historic district review applies to exterior work we manage it as part of the project.
Do you offer material selection assistance?
Yes. Our in-house showroom carries premium cabinetry, stone, vanities, flooring, tile, fixtures and hardware, and our designers guide you through selections that fit your style and budget.
Do you handle permits and approvals for renovations?
Yes. Construction permits run through your town's construction office and we prepare and manage the applications as part of every project, building the approval timeline into the schedule.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Scope drives it. A first-floor transformation is typically a few months; a full gut renovation runs longer. After design you get a written schedule for your project, and the design/build structure removes the handoff delays that stretch traditional projects.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
Often, with honest caveats. We phase the work to keep essential spaces functional where possible, and we are upfront in the design phase about the weeks where staying elsewhere would be more comfortable.
Do you renovate in phases?
Yes, and we will design the full picture first so each phase builds toward it: kitchen this year, baths next, exterior after. Phasing done right avoids paying twice for the same work.
