Custom home design-build services
Building a custom home should be as inspiring as the dream itself. We make the process seamless, exciting and entirely tailored to you, combining over 30 years of expertise, innovative design and meticulous craftsmanship into homes that stand as works of art.
One team owns your project from the first sketch to the keys: in-house design, showroom material selection, engineering, permits and construction, with a fixed price set before we build.
Step One
Starting your journey toward your dream home
The first step is a free consultation with our design and build professionals. Whether you have already acquired land or are interested in our development-ready lots in Linwood, we work with you to bring the home you have imagined to life.
During your initial consultation we discuss your vision, lifestyle needs and design preferences, and our in-house experts guide you through layout, materials and the finer details that make a home truly yours.

Design Phase
Crafting your vision with expert design and materials
Once the location is finalized, our designers collaborate with you to refine the house plans. You visit our showroom to explore premium materials, custom cabinetry, marble countertops, luxury flooring and vanities, sourced from manufacturers we trust.
Our dedicated in-house designer ensures every detail aligns with your lifestyle, taste and functional needs, with clear communication at every decision.

Construction
From concept to completion
From the moment ground is broken to the final walk-through, we take the stress out of building. Comprehensive project management keeps every phase, from framing to finishing, on schedule and on budget, with regular updates and on-site reviews throughout.
After your design and specifications are finalized you receive a fixed upfront quote, and every home we build is backed by a comprehensive 10 year structural warranty.

Design/build questions
What is the design-build process, and how is it different?
Design-build integrates design and construction under one contract and one team. Unlike the traditional route, where a separate designer and builder each own half the project, design-build gives you streamlined communication, faster timelines and greater cost control, with a single point of responsibility throughout.
How long does a design/build project take?
It depends on scope. Single-room renovations typically run a couple of months; custom homes run from roughly six months to a year depending on size and complexity. You receive a detailed timeline after the initial consultation and planning phase, and the one-team structure removes the usual handoff delays.
Do you offer fixed pricing?
Yes. After your design and specifications are finalized, we provide a fixed upfront quote. Costs remain stable unless you request changes, and changes are always discussed and approved by you before implementation.
What warranty comes with a new home?
Every home we build is backed by a comprehensive 10 year structural warranty, giving you peace of mind that your investment is protected. Our workmanship and the manufacturer warranties on materials stand behind the rest.
Can I be involved in the design process?
Absolutely; client collaboration is the cornerstone of design-build. From layouts to materials, our in-house designers work with you at every step, and the showroom makes those decisions concrete rather than abstract.
Do you have land available to build on?
We offer design/build custom homes on development-ready lots we hold in Linwood, in addition to building on lots our clients already own throughout Atlantic and Cape May County. Ask us what is currently available.
Do you handle permits, engineering and inspections?
Yes, all of it. Surveys, engineering, construction permits and inspections are managed by our team as part of the project, and where coastal or Pinelands requirements apply we identify them during design so the schedule reflects reality.
Can you build an elevated home at the shore?
Yes. Elevated coastal construction to current flood and wind standards is core work for us, from the elevation strategy to how the house meets the street so it reads as architecture rather than a box on pilings.
