Do you take on structural repairs?
Yes. Sagging floors, undersized beams, failing sills and settlement issues are exactly the work a design/build contractor should own: we diagnose the cause, engineer the fix and repair it properly rather than cosmetically.
Can you build a home addition?
Yes, from design and engineering through permits and construction. Additions are where one-team accountability matters most, because the design, the structure and the budget have to agree before ground breaks.
Do you finish basements?
Yes. Layout, egress and moisture questions get answered in design, then our crews deliver a finished space with the same cabinetry and finish options as the rest of the house.
