Can you finish a renovation before the summer season?
If the design starts early enough, yes, and we will tell you plainly what is achievable. Fall-start kitchens and baths routinely deliver by spring. A whole-home gut needs the full off-season, so the planning conversation should happen in summer.
Do you renovate Ocean City duplexes?
Constantly. Both-unit renovations on one coordinated schedule are efficient and keep the finishes consistent. We also handle the condo-association side where the duplex is legally two condos.
