Our in-house designers develop the layout and plans with you, refining until the design is exactly what you want your home to be.
Showroom selections
You choose cabinetry, stone, flooring, tile, fixtures and hardware in our showroom, with a designer at your side and everything in one place.
Fixed written quote
The finished design and selections are priced as a fixed quote. Costs do not move unless you change the scope, and changes are approved by you first.
Construction
Our own crews build to the plan with strict quality standards, regular updates and a clean, respectful site from demolition to punch list.
Handover
A thorough final walk-through together, every detail addressed, and your project delivered. New homes carry our 10 year structural warranty.

Common questions
What does design/build mean?
It means design and construction live under one contract and one team. Instead of hiring an architect, then a designer, then a contractor and refereeing between them, you work with one company responsible for the whole project. Communication is simpler, timelines are shorter, and the price you approve is connected to the design you approved.
What services do you offer?
Design/build custom homes, whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, general contracting, interior and exterior painting, flooring, and siding and roofing. Design, material selection and construction all run through our own team.
Where is your showroom?
At 7034 Black Horse Pike, Building 2, Pleasantville, NJ 08232, on the Black Horse Pike. It is a working design studio: cabinetry, countertops, vanities, flooring, tile, fixtures and hardware on display, with our in-house designers on hand. Open Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 3pm.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. We meet, look at your space or your lot, talk through your vision and your budget honestly, and there is no cost and no obligation at any point before you approve a design and a written quote.
Do you give fixed prices?
Yes. Once your design and material selections are finalized, you receive a fixed written quote. The number does not move unless you change the scope, and every change is discussed and approved by you before it happens.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Build With Konstructit is a registered New Jersey home improvement contractor, NJ HIC #13VH13697200, and fully insured. Our registration number appears on our contracts and at the bottom of every page of this site.
Do you build custom homes?
Yes, from the ground up, including on development-ready lots we hold in Linwood. Design, engineering, permits and construction run as one project, and every home we build carries a 10 year structural warranty.
What areas do you serve?
All of Atlantic and Cape May County from our Pleasantville studio: the shore towns from Brigantine to Cape May Point, the mainland from Linwood and Egg Harbor Township out to Hammonton, and everything between.
